My investment strategy is very simple. A very good qualified Stocks are there in the market which we can invest in.We can follow these two companies, ITC and Ashok Leyland.

If you have Rs 40,000, what you can do with this amount in stock market. Just follow the steps:

Divide your Rs 40000 in two equal parts i.e, Rs 20000 & Rs 20000
When Ashok Leyland will trade around Rs 114, start buying. First time you can buy for Rs 7000. When it will down around 3% you can buy for Rs 7000 again. And if it is go down again then you can buy for remaining Rs 6000.

In this way you can invest your Rs 20000 on Ashok Leyland. And this is the time to watch the show. You can set your profit target around 12% (not more than that , please don’t be so greedy). for a maximum of six months period.

At the time of selling, don’t sell all the shares in a single day. First time you can sell 33% of your total Ashok Leyland shares. After first selling you can wait for few days and watch the behavior of the market as well as the Stock also. Then sell for the second portion. Still If you think Ashok Leyland is doing well, then you can hold your remaining last 33% shares for a very very long time.

Similarly in case of ITC you can use the same strategy. But keep in mind the perfect buy now position will be around Rs 250. From this price level you can start buying ITC stock.

So use your Rs 40,000 in the proper and best possible way to make a sure and very good amount of returns as the intelligent and genius investors do.

Happy trading and investing…!
