How can I find good companies to invest for short term or long term in India

You should use different type of analysis for different segments. When you are a day trader, use only technical analysis. If you want to become a short term/ very short term investor (swing trader) then you have to use technical analysis & fundamental analysis both. But if you wish to become long term investor (value investor) then use only fundamental analysis of the company you want to invest or business in.

If you are a new comer in Indian stock market, my suggestion is to do not trade like scalping. Try to be a long term (more than 1 year) / short term (3 months to 1 year)/ very short term (3 days to 3 months) investor like a genius businessman.

While you are entering stock market keep these five mantras in your mind:

  1. Keep patience to buy at the right time and to sell at the right time.
  2. Be disciplined at your trading / investing method.
  3. Have believe in your trading tools & systems and method.

Rule-1:- Don't loss your money.

Rule-2:- Always remember rule-1.
